My overall experience with Lynette Williams has been very positive in the purchase of my condominium.
She had a data gathering system that facilitated both of us to narrow to what I was looking for. She displayed much patience while I decided whether to purchase a condo or a duplex and showed me many available properties. She also gave me access to the MLS system to view newly listed properties. She has a wealth of information beyond current property listings regarding home care and legal issues. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, personable and pleasant to work with.
Lynette's persistence and her sticking to this very complicated sale with three separate individuals with separate objectives got it closed.
I've worked with a good many realtors in numerous states and Lynette is by far the most professional, courteous, and attentive agent I have ever worked with.

Truly -- she set the professional standard. I would give her *more* than "Excellent" if your scale allowed for it. For personal reasons, it became imperative that we move during this ridiculous and crazy market. We truly expected to have to find something "workable" and just go with it. However, Lynette actually helped us find our perfect forever home that had everything we were looking for AND within our price point! Our house is beautiful and we have just been basking in the joy and excitement of our new home. She guided me through the whole process, always allowing me to make my own decisions, but also educating me about the potential consequences of the decisions I was making.
