We had wanted to consider buying and moving shortly before Covid and had worked with Lynette, but did not really find what we were looking for. This time, we absolutely needed to move and had a lot more flexibility. We fell in with other agents during this crazy market unintentionally and were unsuccessful. We realized we needed to contact Lynette and did so--she was just SO MUCH BETTER right away and within weeks we had our home!!
She knew *us* and really used our feedback during viewings and searches to help us narrow our focus, act efficiently to not lose out during this crazy market, and when we found the *right* house, her letter of introduction really made the sale. Her professionalism and service was head and shoulders above others we had *just* worked with who absolutely tried, but could not guide us sufficiently to "close the deal."
Truly -- she set the professional standard. I would give her *more* than "Excellent" if your scale allowed for it.
For personal reasons, it became imperative that we move during this ridiculous and crazy market. We truly expected to have to find something "workable" and just go with it. However, Lynette actually helped us find our perfect forever home that had everything we were looking for AND within our price point!
